GFC 3 results: Peter Aerts, Dewey Cooper and others in Hari’s shadow

Most of the yesterday’s GFC 3 matches remained in the shadow of the heavyweight tournament with Badr Hari, Stefan Leko and Peter Graham.

The fans were certainly the most interested in the match between the legendary Peter Aerts and Dewey Cooper. These two veterans are did a veteran match that ended up as draw. Already in the first round, Aerts broke his leg in the middle of a high kick. However, the multiple K-1 champion managed to make it to the end of the match.

Singh “Heart” Jaideep’s match was also a surprise. He lost by TKO to Fatih Ulusoy, a Turk with the Dutch passport.

Badr Hari won the heavyweight tournament champion title by defeating Stefan Leko and Peter Graham. Hari managed to knock his opponents out in the first rounds proving that he is the world’s best kickboxer outside Glory. The whole spectacle was announced the legendary Michael Buffer who mentioned this is the first of such tournaments that are yet take place in the Netherlands, Morocco and Turkey. The champion is to win million dollars.
