Fabricio Werdum has a new opponent. After it was confirmed that Ben Rothwell has to cancel his appearance at UFC 203 due to a knee injury Travis Browne will again fight the former champ.

The news was published by MMA Junkie, although the UFC still has not officially confirmed it.

Browne (18-4-1) will be thus quickly return to action after fighting at UFC 200 last month against Velasquez who finished him via technical knockout in the first round. Werdum will be a familiar face since they are already fought in April 2014 at UFC on FOX 11 event when the Brazilian won via unanimous decision.

This will also be Werdum’s first fight since he lost his title May 14 at UFC 198 in Curitiba when he was KO’ed by Stipe Miočić.

UFC 203 is to take place September 10 in Cleveland and it will be headlined by the title fight between Stipe Miočić and Alistair Overeem.
