After inking a deal in December 2014, Chinzo Machida will finally make his Bellator debut. Lyoto Machida’s younger brother will fight Mario Navarro in featherweight division on Bellator 160 undercard.

39-year-old Machida (3-2) has not fought since June 2014 when he defeated Dmitry Gerasimov via unanimous decision at RFA 15. Before that, in 2013, he defeated Brian Wood via flying knee after a break of three years.

Navarro (4-4) will try to get back on the winning track after he suffered his second consecutive win in Bellator in April 2014. He scored only one win in this promotion when he finished Anthony Bain in 2012 via triangle choke.

Bellator 160 will be held at the Honda Center in Anaheim, and it will be headlined by the clash of former champion Patricio Freira and former UFC champion Ben Henderson.
