Big event such as UFC 187 mean big salaries and the fighters got some two and a half million dollars altogether.

Chris Weidman and Anthony Johnson earned the most, each million and a half dollars. But what's interesting is the fact that Weidman got half of it as a bonus while the same amount was Johnson's fixed salary. This is quite surprising since it was his first title fight.

Daniel Cormier got the belt and $230.000 just like Donald Cerrone who has 152.000 reasons he likes to fight. More than $100,000 went to Vitor Belfort, Andrei Arlovski, Travis Browne, Joseph Benavidez and Dong Hyun Kim.
