Bellator Milan

Bellator yesterday confirmed no less than three main event fights for their debut venture in the Italian city of Milan. Set to take place at the Allianz Cloud on Saturday 12th October, Bellator announced that a dual MMA card plus a kickboxing card would take place at the showcase event. Former middleweight champion Rafael Carvalho will take on Vadim Nemkov in what will headline the Bellator 230 portion of the card, veteran Melvin Manhoef meets Yannick Bahati in the main event for the Bellator Milan portion and Gabriel Varga vs Cristian Faustino will be the main event for Bellator Kickboxing 12.

Having previously tested out a dual card for the London/223 event and recently confirming that the same would be happening for Dublin/227, the Milan card will be getting the same treatment in what is seemingly the norm now for Bellator European Series events.

Bellator 230 will air on a tape-delay in the U.S with the fifth instalment of the European Series being shown live in the UK on Channel 5 from 10pm (GMT). The kickboxing section of the event will be broadcast live via the Bellator app. More fight details will be coming soon.
