Taking place on May 9th, FFC 36 marks the second event of a stacked year of combat sports action from the Fight Dome at the Rio in Las Vegas!

The first kickboxing title bout of 2019 takes place, with reigning middleweight king Mykyta Chub taking on America’s Francois Ambang for the FFC Kickboxing Middleweight Championship. The Ukrainian champion makes his sixth FFC appearance, whilst Ambang moves up a weight class in search of gold.

The chief support features Vegas’ own Zach Juusola looking to make an impact in his hometown, as he welcomes Canadian Tristan Connelly to the Fight Dome. Connelly holds an impressive nine submissions in his eleven victories, whilst Jussola has mixed it up, with four knockouts and five submissions of his own.

David Jordan will hope to add to his knockout streak of three, as he clashes with short notice replacement Cliff Wright Jr. Bantamweights collide as Soslan Abanokov looks to build momentum against Journey Newson, who is currently riding a five-fight win streak.

Ray Ostrander will hope to upset Vegas’ own Jordan Leavitt, with both men undefeated in the professional ranks. David Stieneke and Robert Trujillo open the card, both making their professional debuts after amateur stints.
